I had a wonderful stay, primarily thanks to the attentive staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring London with easy access to transport, making our excursions very convenient. However, the room was quite warm and lacked air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, the experience was pleasant and worth the price.
